Set up an interview with an Ivy Admissions Counselor

The first step toward achieving your academic goals is to set up an interview with your Ivy Admissions counselor. This person will be your personal guide through the admissions process.

When you have successfully completed the intake form, you will receive an e-mail from us, and when payment has been processed, we are ready to begin. Contact us to set up your first meeting. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us by telephone at (0034) 902 888 986 or 91 319 10 75.

During your first meeting, you should bring copies of the following documents to your counselor.

  • Current or most recent Curriculum Vitae
  • Transcripts from ALL post-secondary institutions
  • Any other records of your education (TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, Diplomas, Letters of Recommendation, etc.)

If you will be working with us from a distance and will be communicating with your advisor by telephone or the internet, please send copies of these documents to Club Ivy by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Contacting your counselor

It is very important throughout this process that you be in touch with your Ivy Admissions counselor so that we can communicate any important information to you, and can ensure that we are meeting all of your needs.
