Every business program's admissions process is unique. However, a typical MBA admissions timeline looks something like this. Remember that most business schools offer you multiple admissions rounds, but the earlier you apply the better. Start preparing for the GMAT and TOEFL as soon as possible.
Begin brainstorming for your essays as soon as possible. Many schools have the questions available in advance.
Request applications from your schools of interest. Research your schools of interest thoroughly.
Allow extra time for letters of recommendation and transcripts.
Even if you can apply online, allow time to mail in all additional pages.
Stay organized with regards to all deadlines.
